Munich city
is the capital and the largest city of the German state of Bavaria. It is located on the River Isar north of the Bavarian Alps. Munich is the third largest city in Germany, behind Berlin and Hamburg. At the centre of the city is the Marienplatz-a large open square named after the Mariensäule, a Marian column in its centre-with the Old and the New Town Hall. Its tower contains the Rathaus-Glockenspiel. Three gates of the demolished medieval fortification have survived to this day-the Isartor in the east, the Sendlinger Tor in the south and the Karlstor in the west of the inner city. Four grand royal avenues of the 19th century with magnificent official buildings connect Munich’sinner city with the suburbs. Munich is a green city with numerous parks. The Englischer Garten, close to the city centre and covering an area of 3.7 km² (larger than Central Park in New York), is one of the world’s largest urban public parks. 
Nightlife in Munich is thriving with over 6,000 licensed establishments in the city, especially in Schwabing, which is still the main quarter for students and artists.

Lake Starnberg

The best way to get to know the sights at lake Starnberg is a boat trip on the lake.
Lake Starnberg (German: Starnbergersee) ,is Germany’s fifth largest freshwater lake in terms of area and, due to its great average depth, the second largest in terms of water volume. The lake and its surroundings are an unincorporated area within the rural district ofStarnberg, located in southern Bavaria 25 kilometres (16 mi) southwest of Munich, Lake Starnberg is a popular recreation area for the city.

Palace Nymphenburg
The Nymphenburg Palace. “Nymph’s Castle”, is a Baroque palace in Munich. The palace was the main summer residence of the rulers of Bavaria. The palace, together with its park, is now one of the most famous sights of Munich. The baroque facades comprise an overall width of about 700 metres. For a long time, the palace was the favourite summer residence of the rulers of Bavaria. Today,Nymphenburg is open to the public.

Day 3:

Castle “Neuschwanstein”
is a 19th-century Romanesque Revival palace on a rugged hill above the village of Hohenschwangau near Füssen in southwest Bavaria.
Today, with 1.3 million visitors per year Neuschwanstein is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe. The palace was commissioned by Ludwig II of Bavaria as a retreat and as an homage to Richard Wagner. The palace was intended as a personal refuge for the reclusive king, but it was opened to the paying public immediately after his death in 1886. The palace has appeared prominently in several movies and was the inspiration forDisneyland’s Sleeping Beauty Castle and later, similar structures.

Church of “Wies”
The Pilgrimage Church of Wies is an oval rococo church, designed in the late 1740s by Dominikus Zimmermann. It is located in the foothills of the Alps, in the municipality of Steingaden in Bavaria. It is said that, in 1738, tears were seen on a dilapidated wooden figure of the Scourged Saviour. This supposed miracle resulted in a pilgrimage rush to see the sculpture ,this supposed miracle resulted in a pilgrimage rush to see the sculpture. The Wieskirche was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1983.

Terms and Conditions of Travel
The travel program is merely indicative. It can be modified at the discretion of the organization and communicated to the participants during the holiday.
Booking fee
When booking, the customer will pay an advance equal to 50% of the total cost. The balance must be paid within 10 days of departure.
Trip cancellation
The minimum group size is 20 persons.
The withdrawn by the customer is permitted until payment of the balance of the participation fee.
The organization reserves the right to cancel the trip due to the lack of a minimum number of participants by giving written notice to the customer within seven days from departure. In this case the organization will refund the fee eventually paid by the participants.
Penalty cancellation 
In case of cancellation by the participant a fee will be charged:
– € 100.00 from 60 to 41 days before departure
– € 250.00 from 40 to 21 days before departure
– 50% of the total cost of the trip between 20 and 11 days before departure
– 100% of the total cost from10 to 0 days before departure
The calculation of the days does not include the withdrawal one, which notice must be sent within one business day prior to the start of the trip, by e-mail, fax, or letter.
There is no refund if the trip is canceled due to reasons beyond the control of Gopuglia (Force majeure, exceptional circumstances or other situations that are not chargeable to the organizer).
Competent court
For any aspects not expressly provided in this notice, valid to all intents and purposes of the law, please refer to Articles 82 – 100 of the Dlgs. September 6, 2005 and subsequent amendments.

Guarantee Fund
Il National Guarantee Fund (Article 100 Consumer Code.) Established to protect of 23/07/99, no. 349. The National Guarantee Fund, governed by. 51 of Legislative Decree 23 May 2011, n. 79 (the so-called Code of Tourism), intervenes in the event of the bankruptcy or insolvency of the organizer or intermediary packages for:
• a) ​​to provide, in the event of bankruptcy or insolvency of the organizer or intermediary, a refund of the price paid;
• b) permit the repatriation of tourists in case of travel abroad, where it occurs in the circumstances referred to in paragraph a);
• c) provide available funds in case of forced return of tourists from non-EU countries in case of emergencies, whether or not due to the organizer, with the exception of situations of risk, and personal tourists (floods, earthquakes, insurrections) for which intervenes the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
